This lecture will be given by Robert Storr, formerly Dean (2006-2016) and currently Professor of Painting at the Yale School of Art.

In 2007, Storr was the first American Commissioner of the Venice Biennale. His extensive career also spans work as a curator in the 1990s at the Museum
of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York as well as writing, public speaking and establishing the reputation of modern and contemporary artists such as Gerhard Richter, Max Beckmann and Robert Ryman. He has been described as a vital link between the museum world and academia.
