Guest Speaker - 2006

Stephen Feeke is Assistant Curator at the Henry Moore Institute, Leeds, where he involved in all aspects of exhibition making. As well as realising the diverse programme at the Institute, he has initiated a number of projects with contemporary artists ranging from Helen Chadwick to Marc Quinn.

He has been particularly interested in the conceptual links between past and present practices in different cultures and has curated exhibitions in collaboration with major international collections. His efforts to expand the range of the Institute’s programme beyond the European and North American traditions, led to his recent interest in Brazilian sculpture and the exhibition ‘Espaço Aberto/Espaço Fechado’.
